Once a dilapidated house, South Villa was beautifully refurbished and transformed in to a bright and spacious four-bedroom home.
Alongside four bedrooms the house included: en-suite bathroom; open plan kitchen diner; family bathroom; utility room; and spacious lounge area which backs on to a private garden lavished with flowers chosen specifically to highlight the potential of the area.
Work finished on the property in Autumn 2019 and sold off-plan prior to this.
Formerly a care home in Ferndown; a leafy town on the edge of the New Forest.
Work started on this project in April 2018 where the property was reconstructed to create seven apartments - six one-bedroom and a penthouse suite boasting two bedrooms on the top floor of the building.
It completed in Summer 2019 and all flats reserved and sold off-plan prior to completion.
Once a language school, the property was converted into nine flats and a maisonette in a prolific area of the town, 300 yards from Bournemouth Train Station.
Eight two-bed and a one-bed apartment were sectioned across three floors while a private dwelling offering two bedrooms and a private garden was renovated at the rear of the site.
All properties sold off plan before completion in 2018.
Rosslyn House was a full refurbishment and extension of an existing property in Swanage.
Five apartments were constructed across four floors; the first flat, a two-bed situated under ground in the basement, while the ground floor two-bed flat benefited from it's own patio area.
The first floor housed two one-bed flats with open plan living areas. A two-bed penthouse sat at the top of the building, giving stunning views of rolling hills and countryside.
Work completed in 2017 and were all sold off-plan.

Columbia Apartments, a block of six flats situated in the highly sought after Ensbury Park area, was granted planning in January 2016.
The refurbishment saw the creation of four one-bedroom and two two-bedroom apartments on the first and second floor, while a stunning penthouse suite was built spanning the entire top floor of the building.
All flats were sold shortly after completion.
Work started at Hendford Road to build a new development of two semi-detached two-bedroom houses.
Planning granted the bedrooms of the property to be situated on the ground floor, giving the second floor a totally open plan design.
The properties, which had the benefit of front and rear gardens and off-road parking, were sold shortly after completion of works in Spring 2016.
New build flats built above high street store on Winton high street, comprising 16 one and two bedroom apartments.
Completed in 2016 all sold off-plan with Help to Buy available.
Planning was agreed for a four-bedroom modern detached town house to the left hand side of an existing property.
An open plan kitchen, dining and living area spanned the ground floor, with lobby area and downstairs WC at the front of the property and a private patio area towards the rear.
Two bedrooms - one with built in wardrobe - and a family bathroom on the second floor with the other two sizable rooms on the top floor.
It was sold in December 2015.
A brand new development of three two-bedroom bungalows situated in Ensbury Park, set off from the main road, commenced in 2014.
The bungalows included a large living area with private patio access and a U-shaped kitchen making the most of the available space for storage and work surfaces.
All were sold or sale agreed off-plan prior to completion.
This development on Blandford Road, walking distance from Poole Quay, contains nine flats broken down into six two-bed and three one-bed apartments.
Work finished in 2013 and all properties sold.
Previously a corner site of three shops with two flats above, this site was converted into a beautiful block of 10 one-bed flats.
These were built to budget and on time with all 10 flats sold off plan prior to the build start.
